Why should you eat more nuts? It may just help you to live longer and healthier. A 30-year study at Harvard University found that those who regularly ate nuts daily reduced their risk of dying from heart disease by 29% compared to those who did not regularly eat nuts. They also found that their chances of dying from cancer were 11% lower as well. One other bonus of eating a handful of nuts each day? You will likely be a little slimmer.
